We've had three of our cars serviced here and have nothing negative to say. Service is timely and Jay explains what is needed for the repair. In one case he tried to see if there was a way to have the dealer warranty cover the repair, however, the car was not included in the bulletin, so we were out of luck. Jay did not need to share this, but he was trying to save us money. In the end we had Snider's do the work and it was less than the quote from the dealer here in Cape.
