Tried to help out my sister-in-law after she paid these guys to have an alignment. Jay was extremely rude with me and even cussed me out when I asked him why he was requiring her to pay him twice to get her car aligned. A few minutes later I got a call back from him telling me he was going to go back on his word to re-align her car, saying he changed his mind and wouldn't do it. Very unprofessional, we ended up taking the car to Jackson Tire where I have always been treated politely and professionally.
If you need any alignment services, I highly recommend Snider Alignment to help you with your issues. This is a Father, son business that is ran the old fashion way. They really care about there customers! Please give them a try!!
