Awesome service from John and his staff over at the southwest location.
Best bike shop in town and the locksmith department is the best too. John, Jay & Quincey with all my bike needs and Jeff with my locksmithing needs. Never a let down, if they don't have it in stock they get it in just a couple days. Best bike key shop ever.
I was charged double what was quoted and not everything was fixed on my bike. Then they let my bike sit there almost 2 months when they were finished with it in 2 days. Never received a phone call. Awful customer service.

just set the kids and myself up with new bikes to start them off bmx racing .we got a great deal on the bikes and fast service .we made a couple changess on my daughters bike and they still had us out off there as fast as the paperwork was done !
