Recommendedold school meat shop with fantastic service!!!! they even have prepared Bbq items and a sandwich shop. I've been looking for a place like this since I moved to Utah. Hooray!!! will be a regular customer.

First time in last week and they were so helpful! Honestly one of the best dinners I’ve ever made. Short ribs using their Au jus sauce and some red wine. Sautéd onions, carrots, and celery. Added one can of tomato paste. Fresh sage and bay leaves. Mix in Anjou and red wine and bake for 3 hours. HEAVEN! Threw in remaining broth and mushrooms toward the end. Mixed with gnocchi first night and the leftovers I had with egg noodles.
I was gifted a gift card of $100 to this place and misplaced it, which I understand is totally my fault. However I called them to see if they could look up the number of it (I have the number of the other gift card purchased at the same time so I feel like they could easily find it) but they were absolutely no help. So I’m just SOL on a $100 gift. The gentleman who answered the phone kept insisting that it wasn’t safe for them to keep credit card numbers on file when I wasn’t even referring to the credit card.
