We have used Markus for 6 home inspections and he is very professional, comprehensive and spends time explaining what he discovered during the inspection. He also provides a complete report with pictures. Highly recommend!
He was very thorough, answered all our questions, and had the report emailed to us very quickly!
This is the second time I have used Southern New Hampshire Inspections and Testing. Both Times the owner Mark has been the consummate professional. He is easy to work with and took the time to walk me through the inspection process and answered all of my questions. He left no stone unturned. Another thing I really appreciated, he was on time. A true professional, I would gladly do business with him again and have recommended him to friends and family.

Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. I called a several inspectors and did an informal phone interview. Marcus is the only one that took the time to explain the process and what he would provide before pushing for an appointment.
