If a 0 star could be given I would give them a 0 Star. Woww!!! Someone that’s on dialysis needs to be treated good. This people have POOR TRAINING, don’t know how to do their job nor treat patients. I myself had to move my father from this HORRIBLE PLACE! They eat because Of the patients they have, for they should be greatful.
This place has MAJORLY changed. New manager, and I absolutely love my nurses. Kizze and Victor are the best! I don't trust many people with my access... They work hard and DEFINITELY know what they are doing. I'm glad they finally got it going smoothly now. UPDATE: THEY CHANGED THE ARRANGEMENTS AND BROUGHT IN STAFF WHO ARE SLOPPY AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I care about my access.... These new ppl need more training.
