Dr. Zubic was not a fit for me. She was extremely dismissive of my symptoms and downright insulting. Although she is very thorough in her approach, I find her philosophies old school. She isn't open to any type of treatment or therapy that does not align with her beliefs. I have never been criticized before from a doctor. I went to her because her reputation is, she "listens". As a retired RN, I did my research to find an internist in NWI. I have now been going to Dr. Zubic for years and she has consistently demonstrated her acute diagnostic abilities, overall medical intelligence and down-to-earth approach to patient care. She takes time to listen and truly cares about her patients. Calls and MyChart messages are returned in a timely manner. Her staff is very professional. I HIGHLY recommend her if you are seeking a new healthcare provider.
I've been seeing Dr Zubic for about 18 years. She is very knowledgable and I absolutely respect her opinion, even if I am not 100% following it. (Hey, I'm a guy, what do you expect???) While I have been blessed with good health overall, and I hope to continue appreciating her and her team for a few more years. God bless her and her team.
