Snellville Pet Resort is now owned and operated by a friend of over 20 years and her business partner. I know that there is no shortage of love for pets here. Someone who would bring pets home from her job after they were left at the entrance to care for and rehome but ended up welcoming them into her home as family. When I tell you that this place is one of the TOP places to take your dog / cat, I am not lying. I was totally impressed with first off the smell as you walk in ( That said a lot) and the polite staff at the front desk. I must say that i was made to feel that my baby was in good hands. I would definitely recommend this place to others (they have TVs in the rooms) and I will definitely be back. Damn dogs got flat screens.... Where they do that at? Snellville Pet Resort!!!
While I was appreciative that this facility helped in an emergency situation, that all changed when they refused to give our family adequate time so figure out how to pay a substantial bill. Instead of communicating with us, they let the vet pay and tacked on the bill to our other dog's vet bill. Completely unprofessional. There are also false charges that we were MADE to pay. From day 1 when the pets started boarding your husband was the contact person who we dealt with. You were never involved in any in the discussion and never called us one time when any concerns about charges were brought up. It is not our job to contact other people about payment arrangenents. He even mentioned that you would be calling us and never heard from you about the credit card to be placed on file. We had a last minute change in flight plans for our dog on Christmas day. I called and found out they were open until 12p. We left Hartsfield and headed straight to Snellville. July is safe and secure until we return. BTW, recent changes in the rules for travel with a pet caused the problem. Know before you go!

I enjoy taking my dogs to Snellville pet resort. My two bigger dogs have each had incidents there but overall, the staff is friendly and attentive. The location is clean. My boys are always tired and ready for bed after a day of play which I enjoy. I feel comfortable leaving my dogs at this pet resort, thank you Snellville Pet Resort staff for all you do for our furry family members!!!
