Dr. Crain and his entire staff are extremely competent, kind and compassionate. They expertly assess your pet's situation, and made recommendations based on what's best for your pet. We have trusted and counted on them to care for our dog for 16 years, and then our cat for the following 16 years. We definitely recommend them.
The staff is wonderful and caring. The veterinarian treats your pet like it's his baby�. I board my pet here when I'm away and she is always happy to go. I highly recommend their services.
This place is always so good to my pup. He had a hurt paw and the doctor was able to figure out it was just a bug bite or sting. He could have ordered expensive X-rays and what not but he told us that there were some simple things we could do to help my buddy. That alone has earned them my business for life.
Dr. Craine is the absolute best vet ever. He has been by my side through good visits and an aboslute pillar when the news was not good. I wish I had a Doctor as knowledgeable, caring and compassionate as he is. All of my four legged children have worshiped him...as do I.
It really was a tough decision, but I could not watch my friend hurt any longer, thank you Dr Craine and staff, wonderful and considerate. I cant hold back the tears, but my Hank is whole again, and with his brother, I will see him again.
I've heard about Dr. Craine and Dr. Surjen for years from my pet sitting clients and finally gave them a try today with my two little dogs. I am so impressed and happy! It's laid back, very clean, everyone is friendly and professional and Dr. Surjen spent a lot of time with both of my dogs and talked me through everything. Was a customer of Snellville Animal Hospital for 28 years before moving to Florida. Returned for my granddaughter's graduation last week and boarded my Lhasa Apso, Freddie, for two days. Still the same reliable, clean hospital with very qualified employees. Dr. Craine is awesome! Thanks so much!
