This month, May 2025, my elderly mother fell and fractured her L4 vertebrae. No surgery was needed but the ER doctor sent orders for her to receive a back brace, from Snell’s. Due to me being at work and trying to deal with time off and getting my mother over to be seen, I was in contact with Nathan. At first, it looked like we weren’t going to make it, in time.
