I would not recommend this company for a number of reasons. First of all terrible customer service unless it's your first time calling. Second they came out three times in one day only to keep replacing fuses, which was not the case. I would expect a professional to pin point the problem not do an easy fix. Two weeks later same problem, however it happens on a holiday, so 2 days in 90 degree weather, only to have a person act annoyed and telling me that the same person needs to come back but isn't there and we will be last o... read more

My relatively new A/C stopped working about 5pm on Friday so I called thinking I'd be without air all weekend. A man was here in short order and had us up and running in no time. Great service delivered fast! Very happy!
AWESOME! Snellgove and Caylor Heating and Air Conditioning came to our rescue. They sent Michael as technician on Friday, April 26 to troubleshoot our unit. We needed a part which they rush ordered and installed it today, April 29. When their dispatcher Nikki found out I have COPD, she offered a portable air conditioner to be installed by their tech AT NO CHARGE! We ended up not needing it, but the offer alone was great.
