Snell's installed my HVAC unit and has maintained it ever since. I couldn't ask for better service. They arrive on schedule, do an excellent job at a reasonable price, and go above and beyond to accommodate. They are also very patient at explaining the operation of the new "sophisticated" thermostats, and can often resolve a related problem over the phone. This caliber of service is rare nowadays.
If I could give a zero I would . First he put paint all over the air conditioner hose which leads to the house . It didn’t serve a purpose. He didn’t ask for my permission and it did not have anything with why I asked him for his services. Then he put too much of something in the air conditioner. He then said he had to stay longer to release some of it. When I got bill he charged me for the paint he used and for the extra time it took to release the stuff he put in the air conditioner.
Shows up on time, completes the job efficiently, charges a reasonable fee. What more can one ask for?!
The technician came over to trouble shoot the AC unit. He was very professional and found the problem immediately. He quoted me a very reasonable rate to repair it. I am more than satisfied with job. Would definitely use them again.
