I've just had a rooftop HVAC system replaced, in August, within five business days of calling for estimates. The entire process was handled very professionally. My AC and Furnace quit working suddenly in June and was blowing hot air. I panicked and had no idea what company to call. A friend highly recommended Snell’s. I called and James assured me someone would come out and look at my unit. Two workers came and informed us that we had a leak and another appt would have to be scheduled and that James would call us. They left. That was 2 days ago and we are still waiting for James to call us back to schedule another appt. We aren’t waiting any longer. We called someone else.
Highly skilled and competent professional service for plumbing, heating and air conditioning. A very kind person who takes his time with his customers. The work he does is impeccable, and he also cleans up after the work is done. Kind, considerate, skillful, competent, excellent.
