I called and James assured me someone would come out and look at my unit. Two workers came and informed us that we had a leak and another appt would have to be scheduled and that James would call us. They left. That was 2 days ago and we are still waiting for James to call us back to schedule another appt. We aren’t waiting any longer. We called someone else.
Highly skilled and competent professional service for plumbing, heating and air conditioning. A very kind person who takes his time with his customers. The work he does is impeccable, and he also cleans up after the work is done. Kind, considerate, skillful, competent, excellent.
We’ve been using Snell’s for several years for a variety of jobs. The work is impeccable and reliable whether we need HVAC system repair and maintenance or other standard plumbing jobs. They have also been especially helpful with leak repairs and water line replacement work.

Snell's installed my HVAC unit and has maintained it ever since. I couldn't ask for better service. They arrive on schedule, do an excellent job at a reasonable price, and go above and beyond to accommodate. They are also very patient at explaining the operation of the new "sophisticated" thermostats, and can often resolve a related problem over the phone. This caliber of service is rare nowadays.
