Picked up a new outlander. They where awesome in that department.. My shifter was messing up it would kick out of gear going down the trail.. Told them the problem and took it in. A week later they called and said they couldnt find anything wrong with it he also said thats just what they do! Are you kidding me! Never again will i deal with snell power sports..
Purchased 2 new can am atv’s from Cale great guy to deal with!! My dad also purchased 2 atvs from him in the past few years and loved dealing with Cale!! Highly recommend talking to him if you go here.
I have purchased a boat & 4 wheeler from Rick. Great experience both times and look forward to our next toy being purchased from Rick at Snell.
I will never again use Snell Powersports. Their lack of communication with their customers is absolutely absurd. They had a piece of our equipment for a year and it is now finally complete. In the time frame that they had this they did not keep me or my husband updated on anything that was going on and now we are not even being compensated for their lack of timeliness. The buying experience was very good, good salesmen, and overall good experience. Now the service side is terrible, over a week for a brake job on a brand new 2016 4-wheeler that I've owned for less then 4 months with only 400 miles on it, thats disappointing in my opinion, Shouldn't even have to be replacing parts yet. Let alone waiting that long for a couple hour job.
