RecommendedWe purchased a home in St Pete so we are leaving after 7 months. our stay at Snell was a stellar experience. We will miss the apartment, the neighbors, the location and the hands on staff. Brenda runs a smooth office and keeps guests happy and satisfied. Great support staff, a super maintenance department. It's hard to say goodbye. Georgie K
We loved living here for almost a year. We could not have asked for better neighbors or neighborhood. We lived in the main building, 2nd floor over looking the pool. And let me tell you about the property manager Brenda, she was always so sweet and eager to help us with anything we needed. Our son still says he misses Ms. Brenda. If it hadn’t been for the huge career opportunity my husband received, we would still be at Snell Isle now.
Mediocre luxurious apartments. Lived in the main building overlooking the parking lot. Cramped but cozy for 3 people.Neighbors below us would scream and have cops come by at least once every other week. They nickel and dime you for EVERY little thing. In the end, after 2 years of living there , they kept my security deposit (of course they would) and tried charging me for the new carpet they had to put in.
