She had a nurse call and leave a VM to cancel the appointment with 30 minutes notice, stating she “declined to treat me.” I was mystified. When I returned the call, I was told I had been called four times. Do they not realize that phones nowadays record all phone calls? Why lie about it? I asked to speak to the nurse who left the message, but she refused to take my call.
