A very bad place of business an no communication with there customers, they just change thing an expect you to be ok with it, they stopped letting a bill at the door which i really liked then they stopped an sent paper bills then most times you were to late for discount payment but i just went with it then they stopped sending paper bills not realizing it so they Suspended my account an let me sit with an empty tank right before thanksgiving, no warning at all, they claim i didn't pay when I push a little they said ok yes yo... read more
Suspended my account an let me sit with an empty tank right before thanksgiving, no warning at all, they claim i didn't pay when I push a little they said ok yes you did pay but waited a while, yes im aware that's why I called immediately after receiving a bill with interest an never complained about the interest an late fees because realized I had missed that bill but if you'd still used paper billing it would not have happened.. .-
Snedeker Energy is the best! I like having a local company for our fuel needs. We get our heating oil & propane from them. We have auto delivery for our propane and they are always on top of it. They also hooked up our propane fireplace. 😁😎
I have been dealing with them since 2023 and didn't know they had a budget plan I'm in a right spot right now and have two kids in the home would love to know what this plan is about need fuel quick
