It was very disappointing to me today to go to the clinic and find that the practitioner was not able to accommodate our needs. I have a child that’s hard of hearing, and the petitioner was not willing to accommodate her needs and said, ignore her and pretend that she had no disabilities. When telling her my diagnosis and things that I had symptoms with she disregard them and pretended that there was nothing going on other than I had neck pain which I do not have.
