Dr. John Snead needs to retire. It's been a year since I've dealt with this practice and I would not recommend, especially Dr. Snead. Damaged my eyes with the iridotomies and said nothing was wrong. Some of the staff were great, others had bad attitudes. Overall, be wary.

He him do my cataracts. He suggested multi focal lenses. Do NOT advise the problems. After I had the first one done, I complained of awful halos. He said this would reciting intself after second lens implant. Well halos were worse, like huge dandelion seeds around every light. Now said if I wanted them replaced, who need to see someone else. Good I guess if you have no problems, but avoid at all costs in case you do. He will do nothing.

I already have recommended Dr. John Snead to several neighbors. He was very efficient and knowledgeable as to the steps to follow in not only my regular eye exam, but in his extra in-depth testing to discover the reason for my very debilitating pain. He even sent me for blood tests and will notify my general physician. I have never had an ophthalmologist go the extra miles for me. Very outstanding experience ! The staff was very present and efficient. Dr. Snead was very friendly, explaining every thing in easy to understand terms that me feel comfortable with the procedure.
