We had a problem with our less than 2 year old Maytag dryer and we were referred to SND Appliances by Maytag for repairs. The tech sent repairman Zack Rowe, and he was Excellent! When he arrived with the part he was very pleasant and asked me about the issue, which was a cracked drum. Zack asked me some other questions, and I told him what I had heard and observed.
