Nick is my hero! My generator didn't kick in during a power outage at 2 this morning. I did a Google search trying to find the number of the company who installed the generator so I could get emergency service, and ended up dialing SNB instead. Even though I wasn't a customer, Nick walked me through how to get my generator running and what to do if power returned.
