My husband bought a used minivan from them, and as useful as it was, this company fulfilled the cliché role of the used-car salesman in the "buyer beware" phrase. They will contradict the letter of the contract verbally just to get you out the door (like they verbally promised my husband that they'll replace one of the tires that had a gouge in it with a matching one, but never did).
