I made an appointment this Tuesday online and text back and forth with tech only to get a text the day of the appointment that I was to come to a new location in Southfield , okay fine now this was at 9:30am my appointment wasn’t until 2:00pm . I get their on to get a phone call from the hairdresser letting me know she still was at a funeral now I don’t know about you but that was so unprofessional of hair to call me at 1:30 pm to reschedule at a different time while I’m in the parking lot already .
