I love the mother clucker its so good
This snarfs seems to operate worse then any other, I placed an only order only for them to need 45 minutes or more to make my sandwich. Also I have to stand in the same line as regular walk-ins, defeating the purpose of making an online order to skip the line. I am disappointed in this snarfs. The one on 88th and Wadsworth is much better, friendlier and easier for someone who is try to grab food on there limited time for lunch.
Beware, if they have a catering order before your order, guess what? They’ll make you wait an hour for a sandwich! Get it together, such a nightmare. They refused to pause to make my order and instead made us wait there while they finished the priority catering order. I noticed in another review someone else had this similar experience and a response by the owner stated “they would bring this up”. Apparently this was never taken seriously because the issue persists. This is the last time I will come here.
