Stopped to order a t ake out at 10:30 and was told I would have to wait 20 min. before I could order because they were busy with a catering order. This is bad business practice. You are rudy turning away business.
I came in to pick up lunch today and found out I ordered my sandwich from a different Snarfs location. I didn't catch his name but the guy I spoke with offered to cancel my other order and remake my sandwich at this one. It was completely my mistake and he was super nice about it. Great customer service! Thanks!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you charge $15 for a medium (7”) sandwich it better be damn good…spoiler alert it wasn’t. Steak and provolone sandwich was as dry as I’ve ever had with a truly pathetic amount of meat, onions and cheese. The bread was dry and crumbling and tasted like it’s been on a counter for the last few days. As someone who had Snarfs at their original location and frequented their other Boulder locations over the last few decades I’m shocked it’s fallen this far.
A bit on the pricy side when I comes to sandwiches but I never feel like it wasn't worth it spending a bit more than other sandwich shops in the area.
