Just wanted to also extend my appreciation to Leslie who helped me with the menu and was happy to help me change my order a few times over the phone - yet with a complete understanding and kindness.
I ordered two, 7 inches sandwiches and got 2, 12 inch sandwhich. I ordered potato salad and did not receive it. The cashier was also rude. Not to mention I waited forever to get the wrong food, which is typical there. I live in the area and have gone there for years-we will not be going back. If you make a to go order double-check your bag before you leave
Unfortunately, our experience at Snarf’s was disappointing. When we walked in, no one greeted us. The employees just looked at us without saying hello or acknowledging us. The bigger issue came when my husband ordered a “Spicy Italian.” The cashier immediately responded, “We ONLY have the Italian.” What my husband was actually referring to was the Italian sandwich on the specialty menu that includes hot peppers (the Supreme Italian). Wow! I got the Reuben and it was honestly amazing. They cost a bit more than your traditional sub shop but I can see why. The sandwiches are out of this world.
