I’m so done with this location. Upon entering the sandwich shop we ordered one vegetarian sandwich. We decided to order another but unfortunately I opened it and it had turkey on it so we returned it. When the waitress was making the sandwich we noticed that she was putting it through the oven with bacon. We informed her that it was not OK for us to be around or our food to be around bacon or any sort of pork and she just continuously asked was I allergic. The sandwiches are sooo good every time. The people working here have always been so friendly to me, especially, the woman who was working today when I came in around 3pm! Thank you! You’re awesome, and very sweet. � This is definitely my favorite location.
The U City location used to be great. Loved going there regularly. But now they can't get my sandwich right, or the ingredients are bad (who likes grainy tomatoes?). I've given it more than enough chances and I'm tired of wasting time having my sandwich corrected after they waste the better part of 20 minutes making it the first time. I don't go when the store is busy either. Please train your staff better or hire better people again.
Visit again tonight was soo much better. When certain staff is there food is not consisant. Tonight made up for all bad visits.
The food was amazing. The store illiteracy just opened but the staff was amazing. Friendly and big smiles. Great customer service and amazing breakfast sandwiches. Would definitely go back.
