My experience has been very positive! I trained for a year and it made a huge difference both physically and mentally. The coaches are dedicated, professional and always willing to assist in nutrition and how to change meals to make them more effective. Snap is very clear and equipment easy to work! I would recommend Snap to anyone, great atmosphere.
Nice little gym with knowledgeable staff. Not as much equipment as some larger gym but all the necessities are here.

I've been going to this gym for five years and I still love it. Trainers Rita, Brian, and Shane have taught me so much. I guess the thing I like most about Snap is it is a small, well-equipped 24-7 gym that is never so packed you have to wait for machines. Even 59 year old women, like myself, can work out and not feel intimidated here!
I adore this gym and the trainers at it. It's a great bang for your buck!
Always clean, great machines and equipment, and I think it's one of the bigger Snap facilities in the QCA.
Every morning 6 am, you'll find me at my happy place, Snap Fitness :)
