I was a repeat customer at this carwash but I have stopped going due to the car wash scratching the hood of my car. It was so deep it was down to the metal. I took pictures and reported it to the attendant. They filled out paperwork and took pictures. They then told me that the manager is not there and they will give me a call back. Always great service here. The only thing I would recommend is this. If you hand out sucker's once, you gotta keep it up or never do it.
