RecommendedMy husband and I have always used Snappy for all our vehicles and even our company trucks - tint and cracked windshields. We have never had one problem with their work. They are extremely meticulous, professional and talented! Their prices are very fair and they do not try to rip you off. I will never go anywhere else and refer everyone to Snappy. Brandy, the receptionist, is so sweet and hilarious! She makes waiting fun!!
The windshield install was ok. The tint work was terrible. They took my truck in and had it four days. Tint trimming looked like a kindergartener did it. Tint is bubbled. And to fix it, all of a sudden it needed an appointment. But they were quick to take it back on a walk in
Horrible customer service and the tint guy is a joke. Would never recommend them.
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! Dropped my car off at 8am to get the windows tinted. Rode by at 11:30am to see if it had been started and sure enough there it is right where i left it. So i went in trying to get a time frame on when it would be done. The old smart ass up front didn’t have a clue what was going on in the back and the hillbilly that he sent up there to talk to me had the same attitude. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! The receptionist told me that white is always right when she made a mistake on which window I wanted repaired. The owner fixed the problem but he needs to fix his receptionist's attitude. Never again will I give them my business.
Same experience as others have said. Just overall poor customer service from both the receptionist and tinting person. Whoever their tint guy is needs to learn to talk to people professionally.
Got my windows tinted here this summer now they are peeling. I can't find my receipt and they don't think they are gonna make it right.
My daughter's rearview mirror kept falling off the windshield. I'd tried to fix it with parts store kits multiple times, but it wouldn't stay put in the Mississipi heat! I went by Snappy and they fixed it for FREE! Great place! Great people! Great work!
I got a rock pack on the way home from work on Friday night and it looked horrible on my 2016 Camaro 2ss. I just knew that it would damage the whole look of the car but snappy repaired The Rock Peck which had 2 separate holes in it and you could barely tell it ever existed great people wonderful place!
