- We cant find a better way to serve pizzas made from fresh-baked dough than to bake it in the same facility that it is mixed and proofed within hours of when our special high-protein flour was poured into the mixer to begin the process. We use a fully prepared fresh sauce, not a paste. This fresh sauce is made from tomatoes that are carefully chosen from select California growers. We had an error with our pizza(first time ever), but the manager was very helpful and professional and worked with us). I chose to comment because I just thought our encounter was great. We have gotten pizza from here since we moved to Clovis over a year ago and have always been very impressed with our meal. Thanks Snappy’s!
They need management bad, they are lost with bad attitudes.
