Fundamentally this place is out of business. Extraordinarily poor set up, "just leave a message" sort of thing. Would not trust this place at all.
I needed 2 Canadian passport photos for my daughter and myself. My daughter has special needs and is always happy and smiling. Unfortunately the requirements for the photo is no smiling or even having teeth show. Phil was so patient and understanding. It took several attempts and both of us working together to accomplish a no smile photo. My anxiety level was very high, but seeing how kind and compassionate Phil was towards my daughter made all the difference.
