While walking in I noticed the plants were dead. No one else was in there so I thought they were efficient and quick. Well that was not the case. Very slow. Couldn't perform certain services that I wanted started speaking their native tongue which I thought was very rude and disrespectful while English speaking customers were inside a lot of magazines and stuff everywhere. Everyone is always very professional friendly and welcoming, the place is very clean and it's always very busy, I'm always very pleased with the outcome of my nails I get the nail dip and the pedicures are wonderful
Gone to Kenny for years, love him!
My tech rushed through the service and had another tech paint them who was rough and very rushed. Left with messed up polish Did not give me the price menu book for me to make my selection. Gel pedi cost me $50 . Did not lotion or remove calluses on heels. Barely cleaned edges of toes Absolutely did not receive $50 service
Tina did AMAZING on my French manicure today! I showed her an inspo picture and she did amazing!! This place in general never goes wrong. I’ve gone to a lot of nail salons in the area and this is the first one that I’ve stuck with for the past six months and I won’t be leaving. I’ve also gone to Maria and Quinn who are both great as well!
