Ladies were super nice and accommodating and nails were exactly like my reference photo.
I absolutely love this salon! The staff has always been very accommodating and friendly. You won’t find better prices for the high quality of work they do. Tina is especially talented! She’s such a patient person and she takes such care and pride in the beautiful work she does. She does intricate designs that always look amazing and comes up with creative ways for my nails to look their best. Tina is truly an artist and I appreciate her so much!
This is one of two nails spots that are my favorite in the Highlands. This is the more affordable one that I go to. It’s small and less high end than a Blue Sky Nails but the work that either Kelly or Kevin do is extremely comparable. They listen and understand what I am asking for so my needs are always met. If there is an issue, they are extremely accommodating and will fix it for free. This is my consistent spot whereas other more expensive spots are for special occasions.
Edit: After my original review, Maria, who had seen when I left wasn’t happy with my nails, called me and asked me if I could explain what happened, and then asked if I could come back in for her to fix it. She put length back on my nails that had been cut off, with gel x extensions, corrected to the shape I wanted, and helped me find the exact color I wanted (they did have many more options). I made an appt and they still rushed getting my toes and nails done. The lady who prepped my toes cut me. The lady who painted my nails didn’t do a good job. She never cut my cuticles or prepped my nails; she just started painting without care. I just wanna say if you’re use to getting your nails done at an at home nail tech and wanted to go back or try a nail salon, don’t go with them. This was my first and last time going to Snappy.
