I always changed my own oil until I met my wife. Who was a single mother that knew nothing about vehicles. She would only bring her vehicle to snappy lube to be serviced she really trusts them. so I decided to bring my vehicle to have serviced and check them out for myself. I was immediately impressed with the service and the price . That was eight years ago I will not bring my vehicle any where else .
This place needs to undergo a major business reform because of poor customer service and racial bias!
I hate seeing the worst in people, but I felt so belittled at Snappy Lube by the Mall today. I went in for an oil change and maybe a tire rotation with little Sofia. I waited for a "Can I help you?" He was busy with several people ahead. So, I decided to get Sofia settled by sitting her down.
