Showed up 3 times to get my car inspected. 1st time I just showed up so I’ll put that on me but then I came in the next day because I was told the inspector would be in and when I showed up I was told he wasn’t there and to call next time right before going to make sure I could get in. The next day I did that and was told there is no line and that they could get me in if I came in. I took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube hoping to get my first Virginia State inspection done quickly so I could head down to the DMV. After checking my vehicle, the mechanic told me I had a bad ball joint even though two months earlier I had the whole suspension inspected and had no problems. But lo and behold, they failed my inspection and told me they just so happened to do this kind of work there at Jiffy Lube and could fix it for around $350.
