Great service respectful honest and will work with you and give good options quick and will always go to this snappy lube only ones I trust with my car they have done amazing for me and my family
I've been going to this Snappy Lube location for years. Every employee there has always been courteous polite and very helpful whenever I needed service. They're also very honest and tell me if something can wait until my next visit instead of trying to force an extra sale. Their work is top-notch and I have never had a problem or situation I had to bring back to them to fix. I owe part of the longevity of my car to their expert care.
Jamie is extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning to this location as long as he remains. Do not trust him near my vehicle. Will be filing complaint with corporate as well. I would suggest making sure Luke is working before going to this location. Extremely professional and well-run when Luke is there. Romper Room with this Jamie guy
It's not really a Shell business. You can't use your Shell credit card there. If I had known that prior to the oil change, I wouldn't have gone there.
I would never recommend using this shop. I went in for a routine oil change last fall and the technician drained my transmission fluid instead, in essence destroying my year old car and requiring a new transmission. I incurred over 7,000 dollars in damages. Although Snappy Lube reimbursed us for some of this we have still not received full financial restitution despite formal requests. I came in at five minutes till closing time I was greeted promptly and very friendly and they did what I needed done to my car plus a little extra. Both guys that worked on my car and the one that greeted me worked on the car the one that checked me out at the register was absolutely superb customer service! I'm bring in all our vehicles to Snappy Lube, Abilene Texas @ 1124 E. N. 10th St. They're the best!

I took my car in for inspection and oil change last year. They found a coolant leak and suggested a radiator (turned out to be a water pump). I had inspection and oil change done and left. My odometer quit working after that and they denied responsibility. I just went to Jiffy Lube and had an inspection and oil change. The technician could not remove the drain plug. A call to Snappy Lube to get it fixed and I was told it had been too long and I was on my own.
