Beware!! I have gotten a few oil changes here before but one day I Stopped in to get a simple passenger headlight bulb replaced and the district manager Josh broke my suv grille. Although he gave me documentation that he broke the grille and verbally told me that he would replace my grille back the way it was. He didn't! Convicted sex offender working at Franklin Store – We have contacted the company several times about this issue with no response.There is a young 27 year old male named David J. that is a convicted sex offender working with the public at this store.He is asking for your Name, Address and phone numbers! Dont use this place the store is nasty, the restroom for the customers looks like a mechanics shop-Poo in and around the commode and grease on the door and in the sink.
Snappy Lube-Leesville: Good Job! – I have been using this Snappy Lube on Leesville road for several years now and have serviced both of our cars there. We have always been treated with respect, the work on our cars has been very good quality and the staff are very customer focused. The service has improved a great deal over the past few years. Chris has been especially professional and knowledgeable and treated me with great customer service. Hat's off to them!
Worst Place to Get an Oil Change or To Work!!!!! – My husband worked for this company from the day they opened in our town. He never once had a complaint or a dissatisfied customer. People came to get their oil changed just because of him and they knew he would do a good job. He could tell you exactly what a car needed before it was even pulled in and tell you what the product number was and where to find it. He eventually got promoted. Over price, deceitful or incompetent STAY AWAY – It seemed a little pricey 38.99 for an oil change then as I was setting in the waiting room the assistant manager came out with the hydrometer a quarter full telling me that my coolant wasn't adequate. The current coolant was placed in the car last fall and underwent a Iowa winter many days below 0 with lots of wind. These guys are a bunch of jerks. – Because of its location, I have attempted to get service here three times, and each time I was disappointed and either left or paid for substandard work. The workers are lazy and dishonest. Its a total rip off. I would highly suggest just going to another place.
Exemplary customer service and professionalism every visit, every location – I've visited many oil change outfits over the years. I have experienced places that just sell me an oil change and leave me wondering if they even changed the oil. Usually it's those places that give me concerns, because everyone knows that all cars and trucks need services besides an oil change on a regular basis, unless it's brand new.
