I am shocked that they even have a 3.2 star rating. I visited the location in West Waynesville, NC for a simple oil change. They put the wrong oil in my vehicle and way too much of the wrong oil. I had major issues with my vehicle and had to spend over $1000 to have my vehicle repaired at a dealership. No one at Snappy Lube was interested in helping me when I brought this to their attention.
