I am shocked that they even have a 3.2 star rating. I visited the location in West Waynesville, NC for a simple oil change. They put the wrong oil in my vehicle and way too much of the wrong oil. I had major issues with my vehicle and had to spend over $1000 to have my vehicle repaired at a dealership. No one at Snappy Lube was interested in helping me when I brought this to their attention. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Just paid $73.67 for a damn oil change and filter change. No fluids were checked or filled but yet I call Rogers Express lube in Canton. $37.45 after tax and that's the full service expensive oil and filters. I will never go here again nor tell my friends or family to go here.
Jamie is extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning to this location as long as he remains. Do not trust him near my vehicle. Will be filing complaint with corporate as well. I would suggest making sure Luke is working before going to this location. Extremely professional and well-run when Luke is there. Romper Room with this Jamie guy
I have now made 2 visits to this Snappy Lube. My first and my last. Regular oil change and tire rotation. Simple enough right? Only problem, they didn't tighten all the lug nuts leaving my left front wheel loose.
