I no longer use their services. They are condescending and not very flexible. You can find better service in the area. I asked the manager if he was aware of his bad ratings and he didn't care. Another reason to look elsewhere for services. Update: On 7/8, I had the rudest service. The manager lied and gaslighted me! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me to “call corporate.” He did not supply the number or anything. I would never recommend using this shop. I went in for a routine oil change last fall and the technician drained my transmission fluid instead, in essence destroying my year old car and requiring a new transmission. I incurred over 7,000 dollars in damages. Although Snappy Lube reimbursed us for some of this we have still not received full financial restitution despite formal requests. Just Wrong – i went to snappy lube this morning to have my oil changed and inspected. when i got in my car and started down the road my drivers window would'nt roll alway up. i got to looking at my door it had a little dent in it where someone had open the door and hit it on something.and knocked the window off the track. i call them and complained but didnt do any good. i know who ever did it, knows what happened. they wasnt anything wrong with my window when the man took it in the stall. i thing the people that works at th... read more

Convicted sex offender working at Franklin Store – We have contacted the company several times about this issue with no response.There is a young 27 year old male named David J. that is a convicted sex offender working with the public at this store.He is asking for your Name, Address and phone numbers! Dont use this place the store is nasty, the restroom for the customers looks like a mechanics shop-Poo in and around the commode and grease on the door and in the sink.

Worst Place to Get an Oil Change or To Work!!!!! – My husband worked for this company from the day they opened in our town. He never once had a complaint or a dissatisfied customer. People came to get their oil changed just because of him and they knew he would do a good job. He could tell you exactly what a car needed before it was even pulled in and tell you what the product number was and where to find it. He eventually got promoted. Exemplary customer service and professionalism every visit, every location – I've visited many oil change outfits over the years. I have experienced places that just sell me an oil change and leave me wondering if they even changed the oil. Usually it's those places that give me concerns, because everyone knows that all cars and trucks need services besides an oil change on a regular basis, unless it's brand new. dont bother... – spend your money someplace else!!! they will ALWAYS tell you that you need more things done to your vehicle. i have been there at least 8 times between my wifes vehicle and my vehicle. this last time i got an oil change, and 6 hours later , 1/2 quart of it was on my driveway. do yourself a favor and take your auto to a place where the poeple will be honest and professional with you. i will figure out my issue with my leaking oil tomorrow, and definitly will not go back for any work...

they are what they say they are snappy – Very fast, would recommend to anyone needing there car serviced quickly and correctly. I had my fuel injection serviced by them and they told me it improves my gas mileage, and it really does!! It has already paid for itself.
