RecommendedSnappy has been wonderful to work with over the last year. As an account manager for high profile customers, it’s refreshing to work with a company that gets things done the right way, the first time. Makes my job a lot easier knowing I don’t have to worry about the properties they service!
The first time I used them it was great but when they came a month later it was a different story. Bushes were untrimmed, uneven, 5 foot weeds that had grown were untouched, sticks still in the yard, and spots in the grass they failed to cut. I knew they had at least come by because they damaged my landscape lights. I sent them a note about it when I reluctantly paid the bill and no one bothered to reach out to me.
Take more time to pull the weeds that were in front yard - granted only 2 but I had to pull them after they left and clean up the tree droppings that were there. Plus need to take trash when they are done with job.
I have been a customer of Snappy's for 22 years they do wonderful work.
