On the one hand, the technician met our needs, namely, the installation of a ceiling fan and an electrical outlet. Were we happy with the quality of the work? Yes.On the other hand, we felt like we were overcharged. We were thinking perhaps $300 to $400, but it cost $924 to get the job done, and that was with a "discount" received after signing up for their maintenance agreement at $35 a month.
