Went for a car wash and left with something not functioning properly in my car. Called and spoke with the unprofessional supervisor and basically did not care and said that he doesn’t know what to do about it. I’ve never had a issue until now. They will not get anymore business from me.
Items were stolen from my car, the police were called and management did nothing! If you are going to have cameras watching your people, make sure they work! Pissed Off!
After giving a $10 tip after paying for services, a pack of cigarettes was stolen. Really? Needless to say I won't be returning. Even with the rain check.
Found out today when it started raining that they significantly bent the driver's side windshield wiper arm on my car when I was there on Saturday.
Great car wash and good, honest employees. I use this carwash regularly (and on occasion some other carwashes), but SNAPPY is by far the best!
