I purchase my car detail ahead of time and made an appointment the next day. I was told about 3 hours and my Tahoe would be done. 6 hours later and I was talking to the manager who didn't seem to care that I had been told 3 hours. One of the sales guys told me that drive in details get put at the front of the line and prepays went last. Really?
