Placed a huge order oct 14th. Took them weeks to only ship half of it now they won’t return emails
Do not buy from this company. One week after my payment, nobody contacted me about shipment. I called and spoke to Jeff who told me the tie downs were being made that week and will be done by end of week and I should get them early the following week. Well, the following week came, no straps. I called and spoke to Wendy who said they're waiting on ratchets, and had no idea when they were coming. i have been using and have sold these straps for years and i have not found a better strap. keep up the great work!
Snappin Turtle ratchet straps are a lot better quality than what's carried at Home Depot, Lowes or most other retailers. They're reasonably priced and made in the US!
