Should be 0 stars for WORST quality trailer ever: NO undercarriage prime or paint (as advertised); major hail damage down one entire side; interior trim boards debonding, warping, and falling off; corrosion on all metal, front-to-rear; factory failed to remove protective plastic covers before mounting wheels causing the plastic to twist and rip away heavy aluminum frame; Sales team "forgot" to sign the title costing me a return trip from KS to Hillsboro, TX and then $400 to get it tagged in TX. DO NOT buy a trailer from here! I have has two snapper trailers previously that held up really well but not the one I bought less then a year ago. All the screws are falling out of the panels. One of the panels almost came off going down the road. My office manager has called the office 17 times documented with tine and date and we have yet to get a phone call back or where to take it to get repaired. These trailers are just junk now!
This is a awesome company !! They are honest upfront people they tell you exactly what works with your setup and hold up there end of the deal. Great people to come and look for a trailer
