I’m a general contractor here in Fayetteville and own several trailers so I went to this particular snapper trailer dealer and I recommend these people highly they have a quality cargo trailer and I talked with Mr. Patrick Calhoun, which was very helpful and very nice and respectful. He helped me with everything that I needed to know about the trailer itself. I would highly recommend you talk to Patrick Calhoun. He knows these trailers inside and out.
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a trailer my husband purchased brand new from your lot in July 2025. From the very first trip home, we discovered that the trailer was unsafe and improperly functioning. I HAVE HAD IT! I wish i could give negative stars. Bought a brand new trailer here! In JUNE! It is now November and i still keep getting the runnaround. Do NOT trust them if you are looking for a trailer with a warenty! I have called to Snapper Trailers and to their Manufacturer company multiple times and waited patiently for a simple replacement part.
