Door handle broke within a week. Can't lock it. The door catch that keeps the door all the way open is put in upside down and I mentioned it and the guy hung up on me. Oh and once I bought it they said the warranty is good but you have to take a broken trailer to Georgia to get it fixed. I guess you have to rent a flat bed and spend the price of the trailer to get it fixed. And it is leaking already. Avoid this place if you want a quality trailer!
I called and spoke to Josh about a custom Trailer I wanted to order, we discussed all the options and we configured it over the phone, he even suggested a few upgrades I hadn't considered! I wanted a blue, 2 axle with electric brakes, he also suggested that I upgrade to a longer hitch assembly, which would increase turning radius!
