We had a very uncomfortable experience tonight at Snappers. Outside bartender Lena was extremely rude to my husband. Once inside, our service and food were very good. If I was treated as my husband was I would have left but he didn’t want to make the situation worse. I was surprised the manager never came to speak to us after our experience outside. Unfortunately the situation in general would make me not return. I’m happy to talk to management at Snappers - feel free to PM me.

What is this place about? No reservations but someone that arrived 10 minutes ago is seated before us and we have been here an hour? Another family gets seated before us? 4 college kids get charged $8 for 4 beers? I get charged $11 for house wine? I don't get it. Are you against older and handicapped people that served our country? I'm so disgusted.
