Jorge is very nice and helpful. Steve was incredibly rude for no reason. This place is wildly inefficient, but they do have what you need when you need it for a fair price.
I visited this place for the first time to pick up parts for my business and had a very disappointing experience. The service was poor—I had to walk all the way to the back to get the parts myself, then go up front again just to pay. While checking out, I was on the phone with someone, and the cashier rudely told me I couldn’t be on the phone during checkout. I don’t understand what kind of rule that is. Why can’t I use my phone? I won’t be returning to this place again.
