I spent a lot of time researching salons when I knew I wanted a long shag cut and landed on Snapdragon Salon during a Yelp search. They were very responsive when I requested an appointment via FB Messenger and didn't seem to mind when I had to change the first appointment that I booked due to a scheduling mixup. I was 15 minutes late for my 5pm appointment due to traffic and when I came in apologizing, they immediately made me feel better about being late and sat me with Kathy right away. Kathy did such and amazing job on my hair!! I had long thick dull dark hair and she cut about 10 inches, added some brown and brought my hair back to life! She asked me multiple questions about my hair which I loved so we were both on the same page with what I wanted. The salon was beautiful and the staff were welcoming and pleasant! Wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back!
Had a wonderful appointment with Kyle in regards to extensions. His kind, non-judgmental, and professional approach made me feel welcome and comfortable with trying something new. The salon is amazing and the minute you walk in the front courtyard you feel a sense of peace and serenity. Well Done Kandy and Nikole...Well Done!��
