I stored a camper there for a few months. I sold it and talked to the manager. A couple days later another auto pay came out. I called again and told her I needed reimbursed. She refused and said I needed to call specifically to report it was moved. I never got my money back. They are cheats and crooks three upper management was supposed to call me back and never did. So their corruption goes up the chain of command probably even to the owners of the company not use this company. I do hope they call me one of these days.
It's hard not to think that this place has just become a scam. I've been renting from Storage Sense for about a decade. The first half was fine - the staff is nice, and the units are fine for the most part. But in the past few years, it's really gone downhill. The gate has been out of commission for a while (and didn't seem like anything was in the works last time I was there), the elevator is down often, and the climate control is virtually nonexistent on the 3rd and 4th floors (over 90 in the summer, in the 40s in the wint... read more
When I arrived to load-in to my 4th floor unit, I found the elevator out of order. The staff immediately reminded the situation and moved me to a ground level unit and did not charge me for the move. Very pleased with their level of customer service and assistance.
Isaiah was wonderful! I called several storage units and Isaiah made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. He made the process easy for me to understand and I feel as if my things will be secure. Thanks, Isaiah!
Storage sense is quiet and clean and Isaiah is a fair understanding guy that helps me remember my payment date he's awesome
